For people who apply for jobs at PA, if your application is successful we will retain relevant personal data in your employee record file in accordance with PA’s GDPR Privacy Notice For Employees, Workers and Contractors. If you are an unsuccessful candidate, we shall retain your personal data for such period as permitted by law. In the UK this will be eighteen months from the date we decide whether to reject an applicant. In the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway this will be six months from the date we decide whether to reject an applicant.
